So, we went to TSC and they had baby ducks. I picked one up and it began to squawk so I put it down. I think Taylor picked up every duckling there and every time I cruised by to check on her she had one asleep (or close to it) snuggled against her chest.
Then, I got my first batch of chickens, 5 week old BLR Wyandotte pullets yesterday and she picked her favorite, christening her Gloria. Later that evening, she has Gloria snuggled with her on a fleece blanket. Gloria looks qite comfy and fell asleep at several points. THEN, I look again and gloria is awake with her neck outstretched, head resting on DD's arm. SOOOO freakin' cute. I got pics, but not of the head on arm thing.
