My Lazy Chick - Third Hatch

So I posted a help about this chick being lethargic, laying a lot longer than I thought it should compared to my chicks from my hens... it also took longer learning to walk.
On a positive note it is walking now, but originally I thought this was one of mine but it came from my nephew, it's not one if my easter eggers. His hen had a fuzzy face and laid a blue green egg. I thought she may been an Easter Egger, well you surely could call her that but she seemed more pure. I wish I had a picture of the mother.

It's so docile compared to my flocks chicks. I hatched 7 second generation Easter eggers, this time, mixed with fuzzy face. I also have two unidentified bantams, I know it's a mix. Also this unknown breed oddly docile chick, could it be a silkie or does it just not look like a silkie baby? It's a mix too though.

I also got a set of almost identical twins. Could this be because they both have the same mother?
