My ldies areating like mad

My golden comets are in their 20th week. They are posturing and their combs are red full and lately they have begun eating like mad. Should I start looking for eggs soon? Also I am feeding them laying mash in crumble form. Should I supplement this with oyster shells?

Time to start the countdown, sounds like you should have eggs soon! Layer is supposed to be a complete food, but it doesn't hurt to offer them oyster shell on the side, especially if you feed them treats or they free range etc.
