My leukemia's back.

I grew up in the suburbs of Detroit.... In the winter out favorite past time was BUMPER SHAGGING..... So much fun. We would gather on Street corners and grab onto car bumpers and ride down the snowy roads.
If you got lucky the car would stomp on the gas and haul butt..... Yeah I'm sure it's not safe... But so much fun.
When the lakes froze I used to take the kids out on the ice and let them bumper shag my car...... Now that would be abuse....

I am perpetually surprised I managed to reach (and pass) age 26...I think my brain started functioning at that point.

And as to booze...nah, my folks and grands all drank reasonably. Never more than 2 drinks in an evening. ... never even saw them tipsy...actually except my mom, THIS past summer!!

I was down visiting, and we stayed at a hotel where you got one free bar drink the night you checked-in.

My mom ordered. ...I think a rum and coke...the one free drink! Dang, must have been strong because she was a little tipsy when done. Poor mom was surprised too. :D

I saw a news story about a woman who drove around and around a roundabout with 3 little kids in a wagon attached to the back of her car. The neighbors told her it was dangerous, and she needed to stop. She told them to mind their own business, so they called the police. She was charged with several counts of child endangerment.

And thirds and fourths....

And especially fifths!;)

Yeah but what she was doing was real dangerous..... Dragging kids in heavy traffic on a wagon.....I was dragging kids on a snow covered lake.... But still...
