YES do get the new shingles shot. I got the first one and in 4-6 mos. you get the second. I always get it in the left arm - because I don't use that one much. My arm was sore (not horribly) for about 3 weeks. Then one day it wasn't sore anymore.

Target now CVS pharmacies( I think CVS is taking over many) offers a $ 5. gift card for use in store with any vaccinations. I go there because I have had the same pharmacist for many years and trust him. Plus the $ 5. is fun to spend.

If someone has major health issues, I would advise they have it done at their doctor's office because he's up to date on their condition.
 
Way late today - have been multi tasking and not doing anything very well. On my second load of laundry but, forgot about beans on the stove. Yep burned!! Have to do floors after so much rain. But bopping around to check out BYC as well as I can.
 
My BA eggs arrived. I will have them in the bator in 24 hours. NOW, I'm getting excited. I need some good cockerels, and at least one to grow into a FANTASTIC rooster.
