I am right now.... 30 min. more of rest... then back to the socializing grind stone.

Al, good to hear you are at least getting some rest, between activities. At least, that's a good thing. I know it's harder to rest in a strange bed too. It won't be much longer, and you will be home. Prayers for you, and yours.

You can socialize from the back corner. No need to go "meet and greet" everyone in the room. Your family probably already knows crowds and socializing aren't your thing and won't be offended.

My aunt had us move chairs after the salad and again after the main meal.

So we could sit next to new people each time.
