My leukemia's back.

Sitting on my own sofa, a Diet Coke at hand and a dog at my feet......life is good. 3 ton of hay in the barn, a full pantry and freezer, 1500lbs of chicken feed......what more could a girl ask for

So, here's my ? of the day... 2 - 3 x/year, our local Blue seal has a truck load sale of feed. It's offered for $2 less/bag than their usual price. Given that when I buy feed, it can be stamped with a date that is not acceptable to me, how much feed, and for how long would it be prudent to stock ahead to take advantage of the discount pricing???

Wha....? you are NJ or Maine or something. that's not local enough for me.

I told my husband that I am doing a great job holding it together, but the drive back from New York after depositing the kid to school might be a real bummer.
He said he'd make stops and buy me pecan logs at all the Stuckeys.
I don't think there are any Stuckeys any more. and Now I am going to hold out for chocolate covered blueberries.

His life is going to get difficult. Poor guy.
