My leukemia's back.

Blooie ALLLLLL BETTAH!!!

Kendra gave me her usual bye hug 'n kiss when Kenny picked her up tonight. After I gave her a hug I said, "Love you, Kendra." Kendra said, "Love you." Wooot woooot! I'll stand on my head with splints on all four extremities to get another one of those!!! She looked so cute in her Halloween costume!

What? Kendra's in a Halloween costume? Did we get a picture? I don't remember seeing it. Did you take a picture? You know if you didn't take a picture and post it here, it never happened.

(All kidding aside, that "Love you" is awesome!)

Oh....My daughter is home for the night...yay....we're just hanging out..while she catches up on The Walking Dead....crab legs for dinner!!!
I've never tried crab legs. Gotta get that on my bucket list.

Blooie, I thought you just oh so recently said that Kendra doesn't put words together with their meanings. OH girl! You gotta know that she knows what she's saying when she says, "Love you!" That girl is CONVERSING.

I don't know or care if she was just imitating or conversing. She said it and if there was ever a week when I need it, it was today!

Photos on my phone - I'll get 'em up here in a few!

Crab legs. Ah, crab legs. A little bit of heaven in a hard-to-get-at package. A lot is always said about the bravery of early explorers, scientists, astronauts, etc. But I think the bravest soul who ever lived had to be the first guy who picked up an oyster and said, "Hmmm, wonder if I can eat this."

Yes crab legs are heavenly....I can't afford them very often so they are a treat but LG....you gotta try them you will most likely will love them....guess it's back to grilled cheese tomorrow!!

They aren't very clear because Jenny took them with her phone and sent them to me. These were taken when she was trying it on Kendra for the first time last week.

I've thought that about so many foods!

Blooie, you are the Bomb! That sausage stuffing was amazing

Definitely going in the recipe box. I added mushrooms to the onion and celery, that's really the only thing I changed. Amazing!

NFC, the sausage was wonderful also! With this team effort, we had a nice dinner. Too bad the turkey was a bit tough, but I just ate enough stuffing to compensate.

That "love you" just sends all the endorphins going, doesn't it? I still make my boys say it to me each time we talk on the phone, etc. But nothing beats the first time.

Great, Rachel! I'm glad you liked it as much as we do! Wait until you taste it with a pork roast (and I KNOW you have at least one of those in your freezer, right?)! Another thing we like is to roast a couple of Rock Cornish Game Hens, put a big spoonful of that stuffing down, and then tuck the little hen right on top for serving. Oh, YEAH!

And you really should try my Rockin' Deviled Eggs. Recipe here:

I am still glowing from the "love you" tonight. If she never says it again that's fine with me - she said it tonight and I so needed it.
