My leukemia's back.

I hope you get the refill soon!

Flies are much less of an issue now--we had a good amount of rain yesterday.
We get prescriptions from Target. I had made an appointment two weeks before and was not able to get an appointment before the prescription ran out and was told that there would be no problem. Target faxed over a renewal request two times and the Medical group denied it. I had to call the Dr. Office three times to get the prescription filled. They filled it with the non generic so the cost went from nothing to a $20.00 copay. I had to call again to get it fixed.

Turns out that the Physician's assistant that we were seeing was on vacation and she was not covered very well. When we went to the appointment, the PA said that they did not like to fill yearly prescriptions before an appointment because then the patient might cancel the appt. It is a kind of ransom. Not getting the prescription would have been bad because it is for hormone therapy--It would take three months to get things back on track if you miss.
And, this is what's so very wrong with our medical system. Gone are the days where the Dr actually knew and cared about his patient. Now, the Dr's are owned by the multi-physician "groups" and the insurance companies, and the patient is just a number, with the dr being pushed to fill the quota of number of visits/day.

Speaking of deviled eggs, look at these:

(Blooie, do those owls remind you of a thread we've been on?)

Boats!

Bunny lady, for you!

Thanksgiving is right around the corner...

Yep, they do! They look a lot like mine! See?

How'd I miss Deviled Egg Day when I have such a killer recipe for them?

You're going to have to mark you BYC 2016 calendar for next time...Nov. 2nd. I expect to see a plate of those!

Probably see that same plate.
