Thanks. Haven't heard anything yet this morning and I'm assuming no news is good news at this point. She has a superb team there at Sanford Children's Castle...they have been right on top of everything, explained everything well to Jenna and Chad, and although no aspect of this is fun for anyone, they are so good with these kids that Ashley likes everyone up there. So between the Good Lord, her amazing family and friends, and the medical team she's in the best hands possible.
Phil, thanks for the explanation of what that meant. I could have looked it up last night, but I wasn't sure I wanted to know at that point. You know how the internet is for stuff like that - look it up and scare the pee-wadding out of yourself because of all the gloom and doom around it. And I seem to spend two seconds looking stuff up and then two hours trying to look up the definitions of the words in the explanations. <sigh>
Weather is clearing nicely so I think we'll have a good travel window for going back there on Tuesday. Not looking forward to traveling with 6 live chickens and one turkey driving (he makes me crazy when he drives) but we'll get it done. I was teasing my brother Ron last night and told him that if he wanted me to raise any more chickens for him he was going to have to move to Rapid City, where I could drop the birds off at the halfway point of the trip instead of 30 miles from the end of the trip.
