Oh heck no..... That boat in the background is a glass bottom boat.
They have shipwreck tours.

Better to tour one than to be one. I did a glass bottom tour in the carribean, but it was not impressive. The "glass which was really plastic" was all scuffed up, so we couldn't see much. I went snorkeling, and that was awesome. Totally unbelievably "thrill of a life time" awesome.
