was laughing with one of my daughters teachers this morning about the old wooden 'structure' we used to play on when i went to school there

To this I can add 2 room schoolhouse, and outside bathrooms - glorified outhouse at best.

Yeah, I was part of that generation! Pity the kids who have all of their activities so structured, they have lost the ability to play or imagine.

Funny, I once told an 18-yr old that my dad used to pay extra for seat belts in the back seat of his car and cars did not automatically come with head rests but did come with ash trays. She didn't believe me.

and we always got to ride in the truck bed.... and on the ranch road we got to ride on the hood.
