My leukemia's back.

Too bad that work wasn't done a week ago when we were still in a "way warmer than normal" pattern. We always extended the "no central heat" season by baking stuff.
i baked yesterday :D
and plan on baking some more soon

we have been trying to get our chimney looked at/fixed since spring

Wind coming from the East today. Unusual. Air is damp and we're scheduled for a lot of rain in the next few days. We started splitting wood Sunday. Borrowed splitter, thankfully, the owner is not in a hurry to get it back. We have 3+ cords that will be stored outside this winter so we can use up the 2 cords in the garage that are probably 5+ years old b/c new stuff keeps getting stacked in front of it. Very unusual Fall season which follows a very unusual Summer. Wondering what Winter will hold in store.

Looks like a ground hog has dug a tunnel right in the middle of the garden.

Could be fun depending upon the size of the room and the number of naked people.

Can always count on you sour!

'Al' is having problems finding wood ?

Good morning, Team Rachel.

:D

Nope, I just refuse to find any. Short on funds this year.

you can keep it!
:hugs when does it start to stick?

uh....now. Pond has been frozen all of the way across for over a week.

Snowing more now.

People put out about 100W per hour. Of course, I guess one would need to be naked to let that heat into the room, wouldn't be real helpful in keeping you warm!

Our house is insulated enough...even with no heat, if I keep the bedroom door closed, by morning it isn't too bad.

I don't think we have weasels. Never saw one.

Um... Perhaps, I'm a bit... lacking in understanding here... Or, perhaps, my weather patterns are different here in Maine... but what else would it be snowing?

Which would lead into the discussion about how many different kinds of snow are there?
