Yeah, teaching my kids, it was hard to find a map with Alaska in the right place.

I like how Hawaii is right next to Alaska. I keep looking for coconuts, haven't found them yet.

This time of year.... When the sun peeks out around the cloud cover, we all bundle up just a bit more, and stop what ever we're doing so we can stare at the bright anomaly in the sky.

Can you remember what it is called?

Dude I think Alaska seems great....I wish I could live there..... People are over rated.
I'm ready to be in a cabin on a lake in the middle of nowhere....... Just me the wife.... The dogs. And maybe a couple dozen ducks.

I LOVE being by myself in absolute no where. I just want it to be a warm no where.

On my commute to work this morning I saw an older white Pontiac Aztec SUV with a license plate that was not familiar. It was from Alaska! It was a white background with red letters.

Even though it was raining lightly, The person in the car had a happy little smile! Our bad weather must be better than Alaskan weather here in California(Temp is 56F currently).

56 is summer temps! (at least where I am...some places in Alaska do get heat )

Maybe he was headed to Mexico to pick up a package......

Nah, that stuff is legal up here. You can buy it legally up here, grow it legally. ..etc.

B12 and D - take them daily.

I have to give myself B12 shots. Was told to take D on a reg. basis.

Ended up in urgent care yesterday. Swollen ankles, sore calf. Ultra sound done, chest x-ray because of my heart past history, and he really didn't think I had a clot, because both ankles were swollen. Hey, I've been good walking around since day 1, I know how this works. So I also thought it can't be a clot, can it? Anyway, blood work. Will get results on the rest of the blood work today, my kidneys are fine. Chest x-ray looked ok, no water around there. Doesn't appear to be clot. But oh boy, that calf hurts worse today. What?
I sure hope everyone is doing ok. I haven't come on much lately. But......guess what I am doing right now? Typing. lol...the nurse had told me I could type once I felt up to it. Yes, I have my contraption on. Pretty sure I can sit here without it and type as long as I don't raise my arm in any of the ways that are a no no. Have my follow up next Tues. Maybe I will get the go ahead from the doc to take this off for a while. Take care all...I love the vit. D...and as I said, I give myself shots for the B12, also take a prescription for B12/iron. Capsule.
