Winds are picking up. we've got about 12" so far. A lot of tidal flooding going on now. The causeway to MDI is flooded. As are roads along the beach front in Lincolnville.

Something just ISN'T right when it is warmer and sunny in AK than it is on the southern east coast!

One of the many bonuses of being old and retired is that when the weather turns to crap I just hunker down.

I would but there are others that are leaving for work around 6 AM. Hi ho, hi ho, it's off to snow blow I go ... at 5 AM.

Dtr called. She stayed home today, and her boss actually rearranged the schedule so she won't have to go in till later tomorrow. Yes!!!

Give that boss a high five!

Dinner tonight? I'm supposed to cook in addition to being bright, witty, and gorgeous? Sheesh...the burdens I bear..........

Well it is either you or DH doing the cooking. Of course he may be a great cook, I have no idea.

But, but I was counting on left overs.
