@Blooie , I loved your fish story.

@Phil, thanks so much for sharing Patrick's story. We need to hear more success stories like that.

I love good fresh fish. Maybe this will be the year I get a license, and actually get to use it. I want to get one of those mini poles so I can easily fish from my kayak. My BIL fishes the lake at my Dad's camp all the time, but he throws everything back. Me, if I'm gonna bait a hook, catch the fish, handle the fish, you can be sure that I'm gonna eat the fish, or feed it to the chickens or bury it in the garden! Catch and release. I can't quite wrap my head around it, unless the fish is too small to eat. (like Blooie's brookies!)

That’s one biopsy vigil down.....we have more results coming up, right, or more being scheduled (Getaclue?).....I can’t remember now but hey, I took my Ambien about 10 minutes ago so the only part of me that’s awake is the part the Ambien is supposed to put to sleep! <sigh> Mine is coming up on April 2 when they do my endoscopy and probable dilation. They’ll be taking samples then and sending them off.

So what does an elderly but fashionable chicken lady wear to her Biopsy Waiting Bash, anyway? I don’t want to look like Trailer Trash (which I really am) but I don’t want to be overdressed, either. I think George Gobel summed it up best....”Did ya ever feel like the world is a tuxedo and you’re a pair of brown loafers?”
