Me too. The "problem" with the oral device is they have to make it with molds from your teeth so they are very personalized. Can't just try it cheap by using a mask and a machine and then try a different mask and a different one. BUT I would surely ask the sleep people or the ENT if they think an oral device would work in "your" (as in 'applies to everyone with apnea or snoring problems') case.

and an oral device wouldnt work for me.... because my apnea isnt so much obstruction as it is I forget to breathe.... and why I have a full mask

probably need to do that slow. ... maybe wait 3 days to do any reduction.

It will take a bit for your poor abused bowels to recover.

I know for my celiac child... it takes 6 weeks.

I have already started on a Probiotic.... but right now I stay status quo till the radiation I recieved yesterday has done its work. I am feeling pretty tired today...

Same here. I was stopping 5 times a night. After getting this mask yesterday, the guy called me to see how I was doing at his end, because it was showing the best results yet there. Down to only 2 times a night. ... I said, I slept through the night! I actually slept until 9. Went to bed at 1..ish..later.. but he says yes, you slept over 7 hrs. That's the most sleep I've had in weeks at one time..4th mask, so far so good, and, that was even with it going up over 7 those 2 times. Didn't wake up with it pushing more air in. Whoot. This is it. Doesn't cover the whole nose.
