I went to the oncologist today. She ordered my usual set of scans, and they drew blood. She did re-up all my medications for another year. It's been a year now with no new activity. Yay!!!

Thanks everyone. Words are failing me right now, but it was an overwhelming feeling of joy to see all your comments. Knowing you guys are really rooting for me touches me deeply.

I had my checkup yesterday - they called it the one year recheck after cancer diagnosis, it was closer to 10 months, but what the hey, close enough. Diagnosis - Normal/Benign (Benign is the scar tissue from the lumpectomy). I didn't realize how stressed I was about the check up until I was in the elevator leaving the Dr.s office and it suddenly released from my shoulders/neck area.
So, even the med techs say I am normal and harmless!
