Believe it or not, you need to eat more fat. Olive oil on salads, avocado, salmon, grass fed butter on veggies, etc. keep the inflammation down but your weight up. Too many people cut carbs but don’t ratchet the fats up to compensate.@oldrooster, weight is not an issue - the problem is inflammation. @FridayYet told me to try low carb (I actually went keto for a while) to cut down on inflammation . For me it works. The only problem is that I have lost too much weight. I don't want to lose weight. I just want to stop hurting.
