We got lice because my kids hugged my mom when she came to visit.
Still have no idea how my mom got them. My mom gave them to my baby sister too.
The kid that had them the worst had snuggled with my mom when she read him a story.
What a twist of scenarios. 
My kids would never gone near grandma again if she gave them lice.
I have been lucky to not get lice when the Daughters had them. They had them three times until we moved to a different district

TOTALLY freaked out! Moved to the TV room, threatened to go to a hotel for a week. 
Would your spouse been happy with crabs or bed bugs from the motel room sheets instead? we all have heard horror stories on the news. BTW out of curiosity why is it louse/lice mouse/mice and not house/hice instead of houses? and it's also rice singular or plural you don't have a grain of rouse do you? sorry folks (at least today I'm focused on at least non-neg stuff! happy about that!)My spouse however!
I only had 1 louse, and found it right away before it "had fun".
Sour, does it matter where in the dirty room you get infected does it? your still itching and scratching right? BTW I thankfully have not been in a room like that hopefully never will.....I've heard that toilet seats are the vectors.
