My leukemia's back.

Oh boy. Got our storm .. settled down for a while. Snowing again. Took Lisa to vascular surgeon. Fusulia not good enough. Going in early tomorrow to have the port put in. She can't go back to the facility to where she's been, needs to be in a skilled nursing home as long as the port is in. So, had to find her a place today, she packed some today.. will go in after surgery. Pretty happy that she will go to the place she was in when she was recouping from her drowning incident. Great place, closer to us, will transport her to dialysis ..which starts on Friday. Finally! Oh...got my first egg from , pretty sure, the Black Sexlink. Always something in a day to be grateful for. :)
You are a great Sister for her!

Cynthia, keep the port in, as long as there is no problem with it. Over the years, my friend's husband had a fistula fail, and had to have another put in. He had a port, so there was no problem using it while waiting for the new fistula to heal.

Slowly, very slowly, I'm getting over this mess. I bought one of those revolving egg holders, that the newest go to the bottom, the rest roll down....I've been wanting one for awhile now, but could always find something else we needed more. Yesterday, I loaded it up. I LOVE IT! I woke up this morning to a broken egg in it, egg goo all over the counter, running down the side of the counter, onto the floor.

When I spotted it, my 3 year old grand began running to her bedroom. I'm no Sherlock Holms, but I think I know who broke the egg. I cleaned it up, loaded the dishwasher, and ran a load of dishes. Little, if any cleaning has been done while I've been sick. I couldn't stand it anymore. I dusted, and vacuumed. No, I didn't do an overly thorough job, since I didn't move furniture, and such, but it sure does look a lot better now. I will continue working at getting all the clutter off the kitchen counters today. That's an ongoing battle.

That is why kids that age are so cute...

It is a defense mechanism.

Snowing here... just put my feet up after plowing for hours.

Blah. My bum knee and arthritic hands make plowing way more work than it should be. :old

Nice pictures for ya though:

Car at the renter parking lot that I forgot about and almost hit

I hope you can get some help with cleaning!

Hey if they let their car get that covered, it is kinda their fault if you hit it.

There you are Bruce! What have you been up to lately?
Tuesday - drive to the optometrist in Northampton MA, 425 mile round trip.
Yesterday - continue working on taxes. I can tell you the new tax law didn't do anything good for this middle income family.
Today - collect title for totalled car, ship off to the insurance company, go to first PT appointment. Got several weeks more scheduled.

I've been kinda keeping up with most of the threads. Haven't gotten to Granny's yet, it runs so fast is it near impossible to keep up with let alone catch up.
