Where do I start.
I thought I ordered some baby chicks, and once I received them I thought there would be time. I received 12 laying hens from day 1 and it's been a complete Ca-Ca show ever since. I wasn't prepared for full Laying Hens, so the rush was on to build their coop and fence it all in. The fencing is a work in progress. But unfortunately due to Rez Dogs be free on our Reservation they ended up with 6 Hens and one Rooster. The coop is built and fence is half done. My last six stick together pretty good, one keeps approaching and doing her funny stance for a pet. Pictures of what i had to do as a make shift coop and the new one is in the field and in operation.
Things to do:
1. Finish Fence Line
2. Install POE++ Switch
3. Install POE Lighting
4. Install POE heater for metal water jub
5. Install POE Cameras for viewing in the Coop.
6. Install Raspberry Pi (Open CV) Machine Learning on Chickens (Differentiate between ID Chickens).
