love the coops made from repurposed materials. this is a nice job!

I do think if it was me, I'd add more ventilation though, those vents are small. Is that a gap at the top of the wall on the human door side? that will definitely help if it is. Think along the lines of 1 sq ft of ventilation per chicken, so you can measure what you have and apply toward how many chickens you have

The whole nesting box frame is built with hinges as well, and the dividers slide out for ease of cleaning.

Here are 3 of the four vents. I am planning on adding a small slider window with a screen above the nest box to the right of the vent. If one would ever show up on Craigslist...uggh. I priced them at Lowe's...way outta my budget, lol.

Believe it or not for being a smaller hen, Sunny here is the queen of the coop. She is also my Easter egger. Love me some green eggs and ham. (My 3 year old daughter named her.)
