My little flock...see any roos?

See any roosters? I have different chicks here. Just thought I'd share. In my little flock there are australorps, blue copper marans, EE, buff orp, and mutts. They are about 2 weeks old now.

I would say the one with the big white spot on his head.

And possibly the yellow one in the second pic that is standing so upright.


Cant really tell with all the others.

if you showed individual pics of them it would probably be easier to tell. i feel like i can pick out roos from pullets pretty well, based on how quickly they feather out and how they look. i hatched a bunch of chicks this year already and i could only keep a handful. well, i had already picked my 4 pullets by the time they were 2 1/2 weeks old. now they're 7 weeks and 9 weeks old and so far they STILL look like pullets! yeah!!!

Chicks 1 and 4 look to be Roos to me... The comb is pretty developed on them. Course I always stink at this!

I would say 1 & 4,.. but I have been fooled before,. just ask Stella and Lucy ,.. our 2 roosters
