Now what do I do with them (eggs)

If I want to eat them is there anything I need to do first? If I want to hatch them what do I need to do first?

Congrats!!

Just collect them. To eat, I put them in the fridge until I have a bunch. Anywhere from 12 to 4 dozen.

Then put them in a pot, cover them with water and cover. When it comes to a boil, then I turn off the heat and let them sit for 3-5 minutes. They are a pain to peel. I've read some people put lots of salt in the water. Some people poke the large end with a pin. Some people use vinegar to dissolve the shells.

Enjoy them!

I'd give them a week or so before collecting hatching eggs. Mine took about that long to get to "full" size.
