My little goose is sick! Help!

I’m not sure what’s going on and I can’t find help or information anywhere… she’s lethargic, won’t walk, shaking her head and weirdly doing a silent gagging motion? Video is here

I can’t see more than a flash, not really a video. Have you had her long? Had she been acting normal earlier? Can you get her to drink some electrolyte water from a small cup?

A sudden heat wave or cold snap can make them lethargic.
My hen was lethargic after a cold snap, I brought her inside and gave her hot mesh and she was better within two days.
