What’s new for my flock for 2025…

So my current flock consists of mostly silverudds and silverudd mixes (I think most aren’t quite purebred), two copper marans and one that I think is half marans and half silverudd, and a couple mystery girls, 9 in total!

End of Feb I have 24 hatching eggs being delivered! My incubator has arrived (merry Christmas to me!) and I am sooo excited! I have 7 legbar eggs (breeder specializes in perfecting the crele line but does have opal and cream varieties too so we’ll see what I get), 5 mosaics, 6 Swedish flower hens and 6 marans (could be black, blue or splash, I’m so eager for the surprise to see which I get!). I chose to put extra weight on the legbars as I lost my one and only beloved legbar last year to a neck trauma she got as a chick before we got her, and they are autosexing so figured I can determine hen vs roo with them faster with our biggest group at least!

Just had to share my excitement!
