My Little Pet Quail!

I doubt anyone still follows along with this thread but I wanted to post this for if anyone else is ever as crazy enough as me to want a bird nappy for a Quail!

After trying three different sizes of parrot ones, turns out Quails are just the wrong shape in general.

Hugo now has one made from an old sock!

It is, nothing more stylish than a ducky sock!

His feathers hide it but since the sock is stretchy, there’s a bit that goes from the back and under his front then around the back of his neck and down his back. Pretty much there is a hole for his head to go through haha.

He quite likes it from what I gather. He could never be left to roam around indoors because he’d poop everywhere, whereas now he runs around all over even went to sleep in my slipper the other day!
