So we have a little cage in the garden just for our two little Cortunix Quail, Curly (Female) and Noname (Male. How corny am I?). It was around 60 degrees here one day, so we decided that maybe a little fresh air would do our quail good. Later, when we went to get them, they were gone!
They're was a rip in the top of the cage and it looked as thought something was trying to dig their way in. They're were no feathers left behind, and this was in broad daylight.
I hope that they are in a better place now.
