My first chicken and head girl is so sick and I have been googling everything and can't seem to figure out what it is. Here are the symptoms.

Lethargic
Neck pulled back close to body
Seems to be shaking
One foot cold, the other warm
Slightly eating if given meal worms, has been drinking
Seems like her stomach is making a rumbling noise

She has been coming down from the nesting area during the day but just stays in the corner. I have now brought her inside because it got into the teens last night and was worried for her. I read to try and get as much protein in her as I can so I gave her a hard boiled egg along with the meal worms. Probiotics have been put into her water which she has been drinking. I've always been able to hold her but as soon as I pick her up she will fall asleep in my arms. My mom tried to feel on her vent for a stuck egg and she did not actually go inside it but when she pushed on it a little some clear liquid came out of her. My other chickens have been fine. Has anyone heard of this???

It could be many things so lots of questions. Is it her stomach making noise or is it her breathing? Respiratory disease can cause deep rattling or wheezing sounds. Bring her in where you can keep her warm and keep an eye on how much she is eating/drinking/pooping. Listen for odd breathing noises. Any runny nose or eye problems? Check her all over, see if she's thin or if there's any bloating.
How old is she and has she been laying? Have they ever been dewormed? Any new birds added recently? See if you can get her to eat today and then check her crop first thing in the morning to make sure it's emptying overnight like it should.

It sounded like the noise was coming from her stomach, not breathing. It sounded like an upset stomach. I have not noticed any running of eyes or beak. She is in my laundry room, away from the other chickens now and warm. She will eat maybe a handful of mealworms a day. I put the hardboiled egg in her cage this morning so I am not sure yet if she has eaten it but she didn't eat it when I put it down, but did drink water. She feels super skinny to me. I have never dewormed her and no new chickens have been added recently. She is almost 2 years old and she has not been laying for a while. I have ordered a dewormer but it will not arrive until next week and picked up an antibiotic. She has had these symptoms going on 4 days now. If it is worms, will she last long enough till I get the medicine? Should I just give her the antibiotic to cover all my basis as well??

If she has lost a lot of weight it could be due to parasites or it could be she has something internal going on like cancer. But there are many things it could be, very hard to say. I don't know as I'd necessarily put her on antibiotic's but at the same time I know more then one person who has given antibiotics to a bird they couldn't diagnose and the bird improved and survived.
What dewormer are you getting?

The dewormer is Backyard Chicken Zyfend A. We have been talking to a local big chicken farmer and we are going to try the antibiotic and see if we get any results. I am just very concerned and worried and I can't seem to find anyone that had similar chicken symptoms and her.
