My Marans eggs...

Hmmmm....no one else noticing the same thing? The link I posted is to a picture of an egg that breaks down all the parts of an egg...so everyone could see what I was referring to.

By 'thicker" do you mean like tougher? It doesn't break apart when you break the egg. My Marans eggs are sort of like that too, if that is what you mean!
 
Yeah kinda...it is tougher than the rest of the white...but also much thicker and takes longer to cook...it's kinda strange but tastes the same as the others...

That's awesome for the double yolkers...I got two of them the other day myself...1 from one of my bcm's and 1 from one of my rsl's...it wasn't expected either as all my chickens are still pullets...
