My McMurray Rare chick... Pullet? Cockerel? Breed?

When we first got the little thing, it was mottled light bluish/silver all over. Now It has a red rose comb popping up and is black and white with purplish feet/earlobes.

I thought Easter egger but come on, this was supposed to be my RARE chickie..

This is after it hoped out of my hands and had a showdown with the kitty ... kitty backed down.

I would say that it looks like my silver spangled hamburg hens, but... mcmurray doesn't list that as a rare breed.
