My ducks started laying pretty early, but yeah, no fertility. Guess I'll have to wait until the other hen lays.

Your ducks are gorgeous! Sorry about the fertility, but it's awesome that you're already getting eggs. Are you planning to hatch ducklings to sell or to raise? Or just sell the fertilized eggs? (Or something else- I don't know much about ducks )

Thank you ☺ I love the breed, and they are very hard to find (there are only two places that I know of in the US that sell them) so I wanted to keep some for preservation purposes. There is no exhibition standard, or I would try to breed for the SOP, but I am trying to get them as close to what my research tells me they should be like as I can.

It's exciting, but so far, no fertility... I think only one of the hens is laying, and she is not the drake's favorite....
