My missing chicken

My family decided to get two hens and a rooster. One hen got scared and ran off last night and hasnt come back at sunset. Does that mean she's been eaten? Or hiding?

How long have you had them? As long as she is familiar with the coop being "home", IF she is in hiding, she is likely to turn up.
