My mobile coop

I’m glad to be back to having some chickens post move. I’m building everything new mobile. I hated leaving my last custom coop when I moved plus I can move them around this way.

I have to build a mobile coop because of property setback restrictions. Did you buy a trailer to build on top of or build that axle and everything from scratch too? Does it move around well? I am hoping to pull one with a lawnmower, but can also pull with our pickup truck if needed. Any advice? I live in NC so I will have to add lots of vents. Thx

I got the wagon frame from Northern Tool - it was on sale. If you have a flat yard it would pull easy. I pull mine with either a tractor or utv because I have them but I was moving by hand on flat areas. I would have built it maybe a foot shorter - I have to be careful on hills.

I should also add - I did install vents. They weren’t here yet when I took the pics.
