My (mostly) compled coop and run...hiw did we do?

First time chicken owners here. Many visits to this site to get ideas, recommedations, advice etc. This is a fantastic community!!!
So here are some pics of our coop and run. We are pretty pleased with it so far. What do you think?

Very pretty, very nice.
A couple of points. Roosts should be higher than nests. Place roosts and nests in such a way that when they walk in during the day to lay, they don't walk under the roosts to get to the nests.

Thanks for the pointers on the roots...I hadn't heard that before. They have lots of roosting spots in the coop that aren't shown in the pics. They like to be on a support board way up in the top corner near the ceiling. That wasn't meant to be a roost...but they like it!

I feel you.
They like to be as high as possible so if your nests are too high in relation, they may opt to sleep in them.
Walking under the roosts to get to the nests can track feces into the nests.
