My MPC Chicks-What do I do with them?

It turns out that probably about half of my flock has Coryza. We are getting new MPC chicks in this week. They will have to be kept inside because of the heat lamp and the disease. The problem is, though, that ome of our sick chicks are inside. Where can I put my new chicks, and how do I make sure that they do not catch Coryza from the others?

Keep the new chicks isolated from the others.

Okay. Is there anything we should give them to prevent it? We thought about vitamin water for a few days to help them get over the shock of shipping.
