That coop looks really high up and really short, but if it works, it works! Where do your chickens roost? How old are they? The chickens should be getting an all flock feed. The duck - I'm not sure.

Hi! Welcome to BYC! finding a feed that both can eat would be the best option. Make sure it has Niacin, the ducks need that.

I'm not a duck person, but I'm sure your ramp is too tall for a duck. Your coop needs more ventilation.
