I would think Flock Raiser with a container of oyster shell would work.

Are your hens laying eggs yet? If not, feed the hens Flock Starter Feed, which covers chickens until they reach that egg laying or puberty milestone. Try to get a good quality brand like Purina or Manna Pro crumbles. I am so glad you got specific advice from a duck person for that beautiful duck of yours!
How do they get along?
