View attachment 1656558 I've never tried hatching my own eggs yet... I hope you can keep your incubation going. I've heard that as a good sized clutch is collected, all eggs are usually laid at different times, but development won't even start until proper incubation is implemented. So there still may be a chance for your eggs...? Best wishes!

I hope they are on day 6 since i fixed the issue. Fingers crossed. I am completely new to this as well. It sure is hard to be patient.

Funny you say that, I candled them last night and it seems there is something growing in them. I am giving it some more days.

Welcome to BYC. Cochins are generally mellow and peaceful birds. You'll never need to use an incubator again as they are a frequently broody breed.
