The coop looks good...the only thing I would think about is letting the vents stay open, even in the winter. They still need ventilation and since the coop is insulated you may run into problems if you close the vents completely. Otherwise, great job on the coop!

Thanks for the input. I was thinking about leaving them about halfway open in the winter

Coop looks great! If you let them into the garden keep in mind that you run the risk of them eating the stuff you don't want them to eat.
