Good fences make good neighbors. Everybody's pets need to stay at home and you need to make it crystal clear to her while she's nagging you that includes her dog. Meantime I'd be returning her dogs poop to her each and every time.

I second that. Maybe you 2 should talk she has issues with your chicks and you have issues with her dog poo you two can go in half and half on fence and that will fix prob and save on hard feelings that just fester and get worse then the next thing you know you will be at war with Neighbor.

An easy solution would be a very cheap fence between properties of plastic fence-post stakes and black plastic fence netting. With your yard of tasty green grassy lawn to roam in, your happy hens may not fly over the fence, even if it's a small 4 ft mesh affair.
