My neighbor's random "pullets"

both look like hens. if you look around their necks at the feathers you can tell roo or hen. roos will have straight slinder pointed feathers around their necks and hens will have rounded tips (not slinder and straight)

Looks like Buff Orpington and EE to me too... as well as girls.
