My new automatic door for coop came in today

Sorry I haven't posted any replies I'm on vacation. I have the timer set to open at 6 and closes at 10. I had to buy a piece of 16 gauge metal square to make a new door. I have a large opening to cover. It runs very slow and it's very quite too. I had to test it first and I almost didn't think it was working because it opens & closes so slow. I says if the string breaks or wears out you can replace it with fishing string. I'm so glad I bought it now. The instructions says it will lift a 7 lb door. In case you wanted to make your own door instead of buying theirs. The one they offer is only 8 x 10 its very small. That's why I bought materal to make my own. Talk to you guys later.

Poison Ivy, what model did you get? The one with the light sensor as well as the timer? Do you have a link to where you bought yours?

chickenhouseman, do you make a model that is timer only?
