These little fellas hatched out yesterday morning! They are now all a green color! So cute. Getting them fruit flies today so they don't eat each other.

You turn them loose in your garden!!!

I found a just hatched nest of these in my yard once and relocated them to my garden. They will eat the bad bugs!

Awesome!!! I love praying mantis'.

They eat other icky bugs, right? We find them in our yard occasionally...the kids catch them, play with them a few minutes, then release them where they found them. I would love to hatch some out...I assume they are very beneficial in a garden

ETA: I was typing at the same time and we basically said the same thing...LOL.

great for the garden but I also heard they are had to keep around if you do not have a lot of pests for them to hunt. I can't hatch them here they would be gone in 24 hours. We see one or two a summer naturally but there simply are not enough bugs here to support very many. Can't keep lady bugs around either.
