My new babies!

We just got home from Whitmore Farms with our new babies. We have 5 Welsummers, 3 Blue Copper Marans, & an Anacona. They are all doing well except one of the Blue Copper Marans. She seems very lethargic compared to the rest. I am praying that she will be okay! They are all between 4 and 5 weeks old. The Welsummers are all pullets, and there is a 95% chance that the BCMs and the Anacona are pullets as well. The little roos all stood out like sore thumbs as their combs were so pronounced. Of course there is still a chance we could have a roo or two with the group. Keeping my fingers crossed that they are all girls! Will from Whitmore was awesome!!!!

BTW, we started out with a White Leghorn roo and 2 pullets. A few months later we added five Red Stars. This Mother's day weekend we added two Buff Orps and a Black Copper Marans. One of our Red Stars died so with the 9 we just added we have 19.
