My New Call Ducks ***pics added****

Okay so went to Ohio Nationals and bought a pair of Gray Calls and a pair of Silver Appleyard calls and then won a raffle for another pair of Gray Calls. So we got home and in our excitement (of never having ducks, we filled a kind of mixing trough with water and their in there swimming around and it dawned on us, will they get out and sleep or will they just swim around all night? Can some one please answer this question, did we make a mistake and give them a swimming area this late in the evening? before they saw the water they were getting in the water dish? If we turn the lights out will they get out and sleep? They are in our garage for tonight till morning and we can put them in their new coop.

Okay I was alittle worried boys don't seem to like each other much. I think their trying to figure out who is going to be top duck, the girls are like "hey, trying to swim here"

You are going to love those ducks. I use the bottom part of the old turtle sandboxes for swimming pools... throw in a small stock tank deicer and they will swim all winter long.

I also got 2 Mille Fleur D'Uccle hens and we won a pair of White Ameraucana Bantams don't have pic's of them yet, Settle them in the quarantine coop for the night.
