Here are the 5 new Silver Sebrights. Boy are these little ones spastic! It's like trying to keep a flock of sparrows. They jump and fly and run unlike any chick I've ever seen.

Here are the White Leghorns. They are just standard chicks but they are adorable.

Although these are more "teen" bird I had to include them

I have two little Silver Sebright chicks, and agree with your assessment of them! They're curious, alert to every sound, but still afraid of my hands (or any sudden move near their brooder) after two weeks. And they were close to 2 wks old when I got them. I got them (yes, it was for them, not me - HA!) some company: a bantam blue cochin and a LF buff brahma chick. They all bonded so now the foursome is a cohesive quad o' chicks, even though the cochin and brahma are growing bigger than the Sebrights.

I guess I'll learn if either are roos when they either start to crow or lay an egg.

Yours are adorable. Mine are feed store quality, but I still think they're cute.
