My new chick seems to always be tired and is not eating

I just got 5 new chicks yesterday and they all seem healty except for one who has been sleeping almost the the whole day and I have not seen him eat or drink. Is this bad? What can I do?

It could be shipping stress. In any case it is some kind of stress
and it is effecting the chicks ability to uptake helps.

This chick needs energy to live. Best if without the stress of trying
to digest it. Just one drop by mouth every 8-10 hours as needed.
