my new chick

i have some chicks in side that hatched a few days ago ,There is one yellow one that seems to be fine except ,He gets on his back and can't get up , I went out there twice today and had to turn it over ,when he gets up he acts just fine,Is this normal ?

Probably just weak and wobbly. Make sure he is drinking and eating.
